Luis Giron works at the Pancake Palace from 3:00 p.m. until 12:15 a.m. 5 nights a week. If he takes a 30-minute break each evening, how many hours per week does he work?

11:75 - 3:00 = 8:75 = 9 hours, 15 minutes

9:15 - :30 = 8:45
