% Ionization =[(H^+)/(acid)]*100 = 3.98 x 10^-8
HA ==> H^+ + A^
K = (H^+)(A^-)/(HA)
K = (H^+)(A^-)/[HA-(H^+)] Plug in 3.98E-7
