The hospital
Vengo del hospital.
Acabo de hablar con el doctor.

The shoestore
Vengo de la zapateria.
Acabo de comprar los zapatos.

The shopping mall
Vengo del centro comercial.
Acabo de comprar muchas cosas.

Because "doctor" is often a title of respect and not necessarily a medical person, "el médico" might be better.
