Homework Help: Reference Letter

Hey Im trying to write a Reference letter, and Im kind of having trouble starting off. I have to imagine myself as an adult who knows me as a student.Then I have to create a made up letter of reference for myself based on what I hope someone would honestly be able to write about me in the future.

The set up:
It is spring of my graduating year from high school. My high school rugby coach and Math 11 teacher has agreed to write letter for me....

SO basically Im that teacher.

K this is how I started it off.

I have had the satisfaction of working with Jenny for the past(few?) years, while she has served as an excellent student in my classes.

This is how I've started it off, not sure if the ending sounds good and professional.
