m = (5 + 1/2) / (3/4 - 1/4)
m = 5 1/2 / (1/2),
m = (11/2) / (1/2),
m = 11/2 * 2/1 = 22/2 = 11.
y = mx + b,
11(1/4) + b = -1/2,
11/4 + b = -1/2,
b = -1/2 - 11/4 = -2/4 - 11/4 = -13/4.
y = 11x - 13/4.
