The polynomial function f is defined by f(x)x^43x^32x^2+4x+5.
Use a graphing calculator to find all the points (x,f(x)) where there is a local maximum.

Keep in mind that tutors do not necessarily have the same graphing calculator as you do, so it is hard to answer that part of the question.
