The point (a,b) is such that (14,-18) is the midpoint of the segment from (15,-8) to (a,b). Then a and =?

28 = 15 + a

a = 13

average y = -18 = (-8 +b)/2

-36 = -8 + b

b = -28

so

(13,-28)
