(3x-2)/(5)-2<(2x-3)/(2)

multiple both sides by LCD of 10

2(3x - 2) - 20 < 5(2x - 3)

6x - 4 - 20 < 10x - 15

6x - 24 < 10x - 15

-9 < 4x
