Thank you very much for your improvements. Here are some more sentences I would like you to check.

1)I'd prefer you to go to the cinema rather than (go) to the cafè.
2) I'd rather you drove to the mountains rather than go there by bus. 3)They are going on a bus sightseeing tour in Stratford./They are visiting the sights of Stratford by bus. (Are they both possible?)
4) They are going to see a performance of Hamlet by the Royal Shakespeare company. (Can you suggest a synonym for "see"?)
5) They are leaving Stratford in the late morning.
6) They are staying at (not in) at "the" Falcon Hotel. The hotel lies five minutes' walk from Shakespeare's birthplace.
7) They are also doing a guided tour (?) of the town museum.
Storm can't come to the football match because the fifth of May is her mum's birthday and she can't miss it.
8)She is organising a surprise party for her. She would like Jess to come along after the match.

4) They are going to watch a performance of Hamlet by the Royal Shakespeare company.

6) They are staying at the Falcon Hotel. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Shakespeare's birthplace.

7) They are also taking a guided tour of the town's museum.
Storm can't come to the football match because the fifth of May is her mum's birthday, and she can't miss it.
