The seventh book in the harry potter series has 759 pages. How many 2s were used when typing the page numbers?

each ten has one two. that is 76.
each hundred has one twenty, so that is 10 for each hundred (20,21, ..) 80
each thousand has a 200, 201, so that is another 100

I count 100+80+76

check my thinking.

every 100 has 20 2's except in the 200's there are 120 2's

umm i think u added wrong cause i got 255 and u got 256
