The preparations for Hate Week were in full swing, and the staffs of all the Ministries were working overtime. Processions, meetings, military parades, lecture, waxwork displays, film shows, telescreen programs all had to be organized; stands had to be erected, effigies built, slogans copied, songs written, rumors circulated, photographs faked.

do you think this can be consider a type of bandwagon prpaganda?

Yes, I think it uses the bandwagon technique of propaganda.

what bandwagon propaganda is used today? what products use bandwagon? does Sunny D or Gatorade commercial use bandwagon?

I'm not familiar with today's commercials. But any commercial that implies that "everyone" likes this product is using the bandwagon technique.
