    Solve like an ordinary equation, except that when you multiply or divide by a negative quantity, the inequality sign must be reversed.

    In this case,
    -3x < 0
    Divide by -3 and reverse the direction of the inequality:
    -3x/(-3) > 0/(-3)
    x > 0
