1)Frankenstein is composed of parts of dead bodies (of parts selected from corpses) Either one works; you choose
2)You forgot to introduce the element of fear when presenting the gothic fatures of "Frankenstein". Check spelling - features; the title Frankenstein belongs in italics, not quotation marks.
3) We don't know how the doctor infuses (or infused) life into a lifeless being. I'd use past tense.
4) Fear is another important element but it just appears when the monster starts killing. (better: fear is another important element which appears only when he starts killing). Yes, I think the second one is better.
5) Though the limbs of corpses he had selected were beautiful, his creation is disgusting. reworded
6)The doctor wants to exceed human limits. OK
7)Another element of the gothic novel is the desolate environment in which the novel is set. It begins and ends in the Arctic Ice where the ship is trapped. Read carefully for the corrections I made, including "Arctic."
8) Other desolate places are the laboratory full of corpses and the cottage where the monster lives. OK
9) The last characteristic is the fear that becomes obvious only when the monster kills a child. Read carefully for changes.
