Write five sentences about the role of education in successful financial planning in the spaces on the following page. Correctly use a different verb tense in each sentence.

Highlight each verb in yellow and identify the tense in parentheses.

Education is (simple present tense) the success to my financial planning.
I have taken (present perfect tense) a financial class and it was very helpful for me.

Having a personal budget will give (future tense) me a better understanding where all my money is.

I have worked (past tense) as a cashier and math is the key to becoming a successful cashier.

After completing school, we will be leading (future progressive) others to become successful financial planners.

    Nice job!

The only correction needed is in the 4th sentence. The verb there is present perfect, not past. (The helping verb "have" tells you so.) If you remove "have" the tense will be simple past.
