I recommend multiply the first equation by 4. Then add the two equations. You should get then
19x+0y=4*56 -91
first equation times 4, then add to the second
19x = 133
x = 7
sub back into first
28 + 4y = 56
4y = 28
y = 7 , so x=7 and y=7
