I assume x is in the denominator because you did not use a parenthesis
multiply both sides by (35*x)
(-2 * 35*x) /(7x) = (6*35*x)/35
-2*5 = 6 x
x = -5/3
If you mean x to be in the numerator then
multiply by 35
(2*35/7) x = (6*35)/35
2*5 x = 6
x = 3/5
