Between 1990 and 2000, the number of thousand vists by people to hawaii volcanoes national park increased by about 43.1 thousand visits per year. in 2000 there were about 1529.6 thousands visits to the park. Write an equation in slope-intercept form that repersents the number of visits ( in thousands) in your collection as a function of the years since 1990, Label variables.

I don't even know how to attempt this without failing.
Please explain.

From 1990 - 2000 = 10 years
43,1 * 10 = 431.
1529,6 - 431 = 1098,6

F(x) = 1098,6 + 43,1x

X = number of years
