The power in a resistor RLOAD of 10 Ω when connected to a 100 volt

supply is measured using a voltmeter and ammeter. There are two
possible ways of connecting the meters as shown in FIGURE 2. The
resistances RA and RV represent the internal resistances of the ammeter
and voltmeter respectively.
When connected as in FIGURE 2(a) the voltmeter reads 100 V and the
ammeter reads 9.901 amps.
When connected as in FIGURE 2(b) the voltmeter reads 99.01 V and the
ammeter reads 9.911 amps.

What is the question? Also we cannot see Figure 2(a).
