Homework Help: health HCA/210

I have a 10 to 12 powerpoint slide due next week and I just wanted to get started on it. I need to explain where health insurance began, the purpose of health insurance, and I have to list the advantages and disadvantages to HMOs, Managed care, PPOs, POS, and Tricare. Any help or websites would be greatly appreciated.
