After 5 lessons of French, you have learned 20 vocab words. After 10 lessons, you know 40 vocab words. Write an equation

that gives the number of vocabulary words you know as a function of the number of the lessons you have had.

Label variables.

So, 5x+20

Isn't it?

Somebody prove me right/wrong.

Thank you.
