In society today more and more people are making the wrong choices to protect their wellbeing and overall health.

In society today more and more people are making the wrong choices to protect their wellbeing and overall health. These choices have led to a staggering increase in obesity and disease within the United States. Many excuses are used as to why people make these choices, but the most common excuse usually involves having no time due to a busy schedule. Even though some people remain healthy eating a poor diet, making these small changes to a few daily habits will improve overall wellbeing and quality of life.
