Homework Help: 9th grade algebra

A campsite charges 8$ per day, for the site rental and 4$ for parking. The total campsite charge C( in dollars) is given by C=8d+4 where d is the number of days that the site is rented. complete the table and graph the equation.
*Table: D= 0 1 23
C(d)= BLANK

How could I fill out the rest of the table?
