Write the equation.
2NaOH + H2SO4 ==> H2O + Na2SO4.
moles H2SO4 = M x L = ??
moles NaOH needed = twice that (from the equation).
Then M NaOH = moles NaOH/L NaOH.
Solve for L NaOH.
