(fog)(x) is also f(g(x)) which means you substitute g(x) to the function of f(x),, (the x variables in f(x) will be g(x)), thus:
(fog)(x) = 1/([g(x)]+4)
(fog)(x) = 1/[(1/(6x+4) + 4]
then simplify it.
