I think you want B. It's 1:00 in the afternoon. C is 1:00 at night, which doesn't make sense.
Or d = in one half hour. It would not be b becuase 11 is either in the morning or the evening. There c is out as well. Choice a means "in the morning" but some indefinite time and 11 am is definite.
