Im sorry for asking another question but is their a website where i can find what provisions in the constitution ensure that each of these purposes is achieved?
-form a more perfect union
-establish justice
-insure domestic tranquility
-provide for the common defense
-promote the general welfare
-secure the blessings of liberty
i wouldnt know where to start looking. |:
