For the third part, I'd start with the Golden Rule which is universal in all cultures. Then, cite specific Bible and Qu'ran verses on the obligations to help the poor.

Intro: make my position (Pro side of the topic)
1st point: I think richer countries should take care of poorer countries because they have the resources and the ability to do so and they should use it to help developing countries.
Supporting arguments: 1. it is almost a sort of indirect duty of the richer countries because God has provided them with the wealth to do such things. (?)

2nd point: when richer countries help the poorer countries, whether physically or financially, it will create more peace between the countries and there will be a lesser chance of conflicts occurring within those countries.

3. Universal Decleration of Human Rights (UDHR)-plan to avoid deadly wars (like WWII) and assist poor countries in raising their standard of living.
3rd point: There is also a moral imperative to help those that are less fortunate.
Supporting arguments: 1. Helping the poor is a strong component of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism.

Okay, I made the necessary changes. I do have an appointment with the writing tutors at my college on Wednesday but I don't wanna show up empty. So I was thinking that I should start writing just a basic 5 paragraph essay and then they can help me work on it and expand it so it fulfills the 4 page requirement. Does that sound ok?
That's an excellent idea. The writing tutors know better than I do what is expected at your college.
