could you please help me summarize that into a couple lines?
Did you read the first paragraph of the Wikipedia article?
"Ku Klux Klan, often abbreviated KKK and informally known as The Klan, is the name of three distinct past and present far-right[2][3][4] organizations in the United States, which have advocated extremist reactionary currents such as white supremacy, white nationalism, and anti-immigration.[5][6][7] The current manifestation is splintered into several chapters and is widely considered to be a hate group.[8]"
ok, so ill try to summarize this:
The Ku Klux Klan is known as the Klan, wich is the name of the three distinct past and present far-right organizations in the united states. It has advocated extremist reactionary currents such as white supremacy, white nationalism, and anti-immigration. It is widely considered to be a hate group.
It doesnt sound like i put it in my own words though. Could you help me find some synonyms for some of the words used?
Here are the key words:
far-right, extremist organization
United States
advocates:
white supremacy
white nationalism
against immigration
hate group
so a good summary would be:
The KKK is a far-right extremist organization in the United States. It advocates white supremacy, white nationalism, and is against immigration. It is a hate group.
Good!
