Hi everyone =D thanks in advance to those who helped me.

I am in need of a format or outline of some kind to help me write my 5-6 page term paper that is based on three books comparing and contrasting the themes within all three of their historic concerns on/of immigration within America as well as the acceptance of immigrants within society. I figure I have to write a 5 paragraph paper. But I don't know what to write in the paragraphs exactly. Please and thank you very much for any and all help in this.

First, brainstorm. Jot down everytbing you can think of about each of these books and their themes.

Then, organize these notes by making an outline. You could make each book a main point and list the comparisons and the contrasts for the theme(s).

After you've done that, write a thesis statement. Next, write the body of the paper. Leave the introduction until after you've written your paper.

Hello! Sure, I can help you with that. Writing a term paper can be a bit daunting, but with a proper outline, it becomes much more manageable. Here's a format you can use to structure your paper:

I. Introduction
A. Start with a hook to grab the reader's attention.
B. Provide some background information on the topic and mention the three books you will be discussing.
C. State your thesis statement, which will be your main argument or claim about the themes and concerns of immigration and acceptance of immigrants within American society.

II. Overview of Book 1
A. Introduce the first book and its main themes related to immigration and acceptance of immigrants.
B. Provide relevant background information about the book and its author.
C. Discuss specific examples and quotes from the book that support your argument.
D. Analyze the impact of these themes within American society at the time the book was written.

III. Overview of Book 2
A. Follow a similar structure as for Book 1, but focus on the themes and concerns related to immigration and acceptance of immigrants from this book.
B. Compare and contrast the themes and concerns from Book 2 with those from Book 1.
C. Analyze the impact of these themes within American society at the time the book was written.

IV. Overview of Book 3
A. Follow the same structure as for Books 1 and 2, but this time focus on the themes and concerns related to immigration and acceptance of immigrants from this book.
B. Compare and contrast the themes and concerns from Book 3 with those from Books 1 and 2.
C. Analyze the impact of these themes within American society at the time the book was written.

V. Conclusion
A. Summarize the main findings from each book and highlight the commonalities and differences in their treatment of themes regarding immigration and acceptance of immigrants.
B. Restate your thesis statement and reinforce your main argument.
C. Provide some closing thoughts, reflections, or potential implications of the themes discussed in the paper.

Remember that this is just a general outline, and you can modify it to fit your specific needs. Also, be sure to refer to each book by title, author, and provide specific examples and quotes to support your analysis. Good luck with your term paper!
