Sure! Fructose is a type of sugar that can be found naturally in fruits and honey. You can easily find fructose sugar at most grocery stores labeled as "fructose" or "fruit sugar." It is typically sold in granular form, similar to other sugars.

Lactose, on the other hand, is a type of sugar that is found in milk and dairy products. To buy lactose sugar, you can look for specific lactose products in the grocery store or check the baking section for lactose powder or lactose sugar substitutes. These are usually labeled as lactose-free options or alternatives to regular sugar.

Remember to check the ingredient list and packaging to ensure you are getting pure fructose or lactose sugar without any additives or mixed ingredients. Happy experimenting!
