Homework Help: sociology

I am writing an essay on the socialogical perspectives on the issue of unemployment. The symbolic interactism and function analysis. I went on the web and research the issue of unemployment and the meaning of the perspectives, yet I am stumped on how to form a thesis and how to examine the main points of the perspectives in my outline and essay. Can someone please guide me in the right direction, I had already attempt to write one myself and had submitted it to my instructor and was given no points for them and was insulted, " You know that your are suppose to write an socialogy paper!" I felt I had tried and did actually examine the issue of unemployment based on my understanding of the two perspectives and that above remark was a BIT HARSH...if I was missing the through understanding of the two perspectives, the instructor should said in another way. Right now I feel like crap and please help me !

Let's start at the beginning since we don't know what information you DID find on the internet. First of all, be sure all your spelling is correct because "mechanics" (grammar, etc.) of a paper are important for the grade.

1. Looking at the first part, try here:
