Homework Help: math

clue#1 You will use exactly eleven base-ten blocks. Clue#2 The number is less than 300. Clue#3 The digit in the tens place is one less than the digit in the ones place. Who am I? Mom of second grader, can't help her with this!! Can you explain how to figure the answer?
