Please check-
sqrt of 2x + 15 = x
Answers:
-5.3
-3.5
-3
5

I think according to my calculations it would be 5, correct?

sqrt root of 7-x = 3-solve for x
Answers:
-2
2
4
-4
My choice would be 2
Is that correct-
I squared both sides and came out with 7-x = 9
and then x = 2

5 is correct for
sqrt(2x + 15) = x
Notice that parentheses are required to show an expression correctly.

For the second one, would you like to double check:
7-x = 9,
x=?

or

does
7 - 2 = 9?
