Part I = parfait!
What as a subject of the verb = Qu'est-ce qui
What as an object = Qu'est-ce que (qu')
6. Qu'est-ce qui. You can tell "enfants" is not the subject of the verb, because it is plural and the verb is singular.
7. Qu'est-ce que. Vous IS the subject of the verb "faire."
8. Qu'est-ce qui. That IS the subject of "se passe."
9. Qu'est-ce que. Object, not subject of the verb.
For some reason, you have them backwards. If the explanation at the beginning is NOT sufficient for Part II, please let me know and I'll be happy to provide a more complete explanation.
Depending upon your textbook, see what is there as well.
Part 3.
11. one more hyphen: Donnez-la-moi
12. Not "speak HIM" as direct object, but "speak TO HIM" as an indirect object = Parle-lui.
13. Misspelled verb = Regardez-les.
Part IV.
14. Where did "me" come from? Ne la faites pas maintenant!
Part V = parfait!
Part VI.
Chic alaors! :)
