I can't read your question and make sense of it. This is how I interpret it. How to make a 70:30 mixture of toluene and hexane (and I assume that is volume:volume).
How about 70 mL toluene + 30 mL hexane (assume volumes are additive) = 100 mL so triple that to use
3*70=210 mL toluene
3*30=90 mL hexane.
If I didn't interpret the question properly, re-post and improve your typing skills (and be clearer, also).
