Given: 3x- 2y + 5 = 0, (2 , 3).

y = mx + b,

3 = (3/2)*2 + b,

3 = 3 + b,

b = o.

y = 3/2x,

2y = 3x,

-3x + 2y = 0,

3x - 2y = 0.
