I need a manager or administrator for a health care organization to assist me in the following:
discuss the coordination of internal and external services.
1. Who are the key players?
2. How does coordination take place?
3. What activities or processes are in place to ensure coordination?
4. How are opportunities for coordination identified, maintained, and sustained?
