Homework Help: math

if the area of a rectangle is 30 square centimeters and the length is 6 centimeters,use the equation 30=6w to find the width w of the rectangle.I don't understand what would be the correct answer I think my aswer doesn't look correct.

30=6*w

divide both sides by 6
