Why has China begun an economic shift towards a free enterprise system?
I saw the same thing in Vietnam in 1995 and 2006.
With a free enterprise system -- or in these cases, a partial free enterprise system, the country makes more money, it can spend more on infrastructure, and the people are more satisfied.
