Thank you for your last correctons. Here are some sentences about summer holidays I'd really need you to check.Are the alternatives in parenthese possible?

1)After the end of school I spent two weeks to relax (OR relaxing). On June the first my friend and I went to Gardaland.
2)It is the the biggest amusement park in Italy where you can find a lot of attractions such as roller coasters, floating trunks, little trains and a huge carousel with horses.I was accommodated in a three-star hotel with a view on the beach (over the lake is possible?)
3)During July (or in July) I stayed (or I spent?) most of the time at home.
4)In this period (over this time?) I did some of my holiday homework such as (?) Latin versions and maths exercises. (Or I did some of my Latin and Maths homework)
5)How do you call a translation from Latin into Italian? A version?
6)I like motorbike riding (also riding my motorbike) and playing on my computer.
7)This summer I spent my holiday above all at home.
8)I spent the most part of my holiday at home.
9)I didn’t enjoy my holiday week in Sicily because I was forced to sleep near my dad who snores a lot.The only thing I liked was the food, because I love all the specialities they cook in Sicily.
10)Though I only spent three days there I had a wonderful time because I was in good company. I had great fun (also: I enjoyed myself, I had a great time) with my friends.

9)I didn’t enjoy my holiday week in Sicily because I was forced to sleep near my dad who snores a lot. The only thing I liked was the food because I love all the special dishes they cook in Sicily.
