almudena has cut three quarters of a rope to 3 m in length and daniel has cut 3 / 5 of another of 4 m. ? which of the two pieces are longer

3/4x = 3
x = 3 / (3/4)
x = 3 * (4/3)
x = 12/3 = 4

Do the same for Daniel's rope.
