What is one principle from the INTASC Principles that you feel you must improve the most to be effective in the education profession?

What existing professional development programs might you pursue to address the need to improve in this area?

I have chosen the child development and learning theory principle, only because this isn't something that is learned right away, it's something that I will learn over time.

What I am having trouble with is the second question, I am not sure what my teacher is trying to ask me.

Help?
