3x +2y = 24.
To find y-int, let x = 0 and solve for
y: 3*0 + 2y = 24 , y = 12.
To find x int, let y = 0 and solve for
x: 3x + 2*0 = 24, x = 8.
The ordered pairs: (0 , 12) , (8 , 0).
