1. given the equation
(x+1)/16^2+(y-1)/16^2=1, where is the center of the conic section

2. given the equation
(x-2)/9^2+(y+3)/9^2=1, where is the center of the conic section

in the general form
(x-h)^2/a^2 + (y-k)^2/b^2 = 1
the centre is at (h,k)
