You are misspelling the subject.
If you mean 3^2*189/[(3^2)*7)] for the first question, the answer is 27.
I do not understand your order of operations in
9 3 squared 3 - 2 3squared 3
If you mean
9*(3^2)*3 - 2*(3^2)*3, the answer is
7*27 = 189
You need to learn to use parentheses when the order of operations is unclear.
