All are informative.
Now you need to decide which one would be considered positive. What do you think?
I think that C would be the most positive because a letter to an employer saying that you accepted another offer would be negative and so is the one reducing benefits.
So there's A and C left. A can't be it because all you are doing is requesting information, not recieveing so it must be C. At least, that's what I believe to be correct. ^_^
I see none as being specifically positive, which I think involves some sort of approval or praise. Even so, C seems most likely.
a.you just have to ask the info. no need to elaborate things why? you don't have to explain to the readers all the changes that would affect their benefits or their ego.
