I interpret your question as

(x^2-3x+5)(21x^6- 14x^5-7x^3)/(7x^3)

= (x^2-3x+5)(3x^3 - 2x^2 - 1)

expanding this gives you 6 different terms starting with 3x^5 and ending with -5

I would leave it in factored form.

Reply if my interpretation is incorrect, seems like very little happened.

btw, 3x^2 - 2x^2 - 1

factors to (x+1)(x-1)(3x+1)

but x^2 - 3x + 5 does not factor.
