Iam assuming you want to know if
the ratios are true.
Reduce each fraction to the lowest term
and compare them by inspection:
9. 4/12 = 3/9.
Divide the numerator and denominator
of the first fraction by 4.
Divide the numerator and denominator
of the 2nd fraction by 3.
RESULTS: 1/3 = 1/3.
10. 8/14 = 12/21, 4/7 = 4/7.
11. 24/36 = 10/15 , 2/3 = 2/3.
Try doing the others.
