Iam assuming you want to know if

the ratios are true.

Reduce each fraction to the lowest term

and compare them by inspection:

9. 4/12 = 3/9.

Divide the numerator and denominator

of the first fraction by 4.

Divide the numerator and denominator

of the 2nd fraction by 3.

RESULTS: 1/3 = 1/3.

10. 8/14 = 12/21, 4/7 = 4/7.

11. 24/36 = 10/15 , 2/3 = 2/3.

Try doing the others.
