To start your business letter that is targeted towards Steven Spielberg requesting him to make a movie out of the book Andromeda Strain, it's important to convey a professional and respectful tone while capturing his attention. Here's an example of how you could begin:

Dear Mr. Spielberg,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I write to you today with great admiration for your exceptional talent and outstanding contributions to the film industry. As an avid fan of your work, I have always been captivated by your ability to bring captivating stories to life on the silver screen.

Now, to convince Mr. Spielberg, it would be helpful to focus on highlighting the unique aspects of the book and its potential as a movie adaptation. Here are a few steps to consider:

1. Research: Familiarize yourself with both the book Andromeda Strain and the existing movie adaptation. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the material and allow you to make informed arguments.

2. Identify the Key Selling Points: Determine what makes Andromeda Strain a compelling story for a movie adaptation. Focus on elements like its relevance to current events, captivating characters, or unique plot twists that would translate well onto the big screen.

3. Craft a Persuasive Argument: Once you have identified the key selling points, outline them in a concise and persuasive manner. Consider how the movie adaptation could lend itself to a fresh interpretation, engage new audiences, or contribute to the ongoing success of Mr. Spielberg’s already impressive filmography.

4. Provide Supporting Evidence: Back up your persuasive argument with evidence from the book or the existing movie adaptation. This could include insightful quotes, critical acclaim, or statistical data that demonstrates the book's popularity or cultural significance.

Remember to maintain a respectful tone throughout your letter and be confident in your abilities to convey why Andromeda Strain deserves another movie adaptation under Mr. Spielberg's direction. Good luck with your letter!
