First of all, you should pick the words you would like to remember. The first link on this search will give you the terms:

After you select the 5 words, a mneumonic is to write the first letter of each word, jumble them until it's easy to think of a sentence, song, etc. that will stick in your memory. If you can get a mental image, so much the better, or a word that rhymes with any of those words.
